Hmm, I was just using the previous documentation and scripts that
jforman had provided.
I made a test modifications to the permissions on
/releases/snapshots/2007.0/.
Please see if you get the contents of that directory on your mirrors
with your fetch cronjobs, and that your outgoing setups are NOT
distributing that content yet.
If that fixes it, I'll apply that change to the scripts.
