Nope, that is why that column exists. For example, it says "last
probe...1 hour ago" or "last probe...renewed" if it happened during the
last hourly run. :)
The gentoo-portage mirrors get checked during every hourly run because
the freshness interval is smaller (30 minutes).
It isn't a perfect tool, but it does give users/dev/mirror-admins a
quick graphical view of the state of the mirrors which we think is worth
having.
