GMANE provides an alternative service for most mailing lists. c.f. bug 424647
Around midnight local time (UTC-7) there appears to have been some sort of
power incident involving the mirror. I'm guessing the UPS it was plugged into
choked as it had been complaining about load because all the other servers on
that UPS are down too. Someone will be down there in the morning to fire
everything back up and try to lessen the load on that particular UPS.
