GMANE provides an alternative service for most mailing lists. c.f. bug 424647

We upgraded our kernel last night on rsync.osuosl.org and our block list
that had misbehaving clients in it did not get applied. Apparently
somebody syncing KDE from us has a misplaced * in their crontab. In any
case, they are blocked now and all should be well again.
