GMANE provides an alternative service for most mailing lists. c.f. bug 424647
After two years of service, I'm retiring rsync12.us.gentoo.org
(66.254.98.196). Apparently gentoo-rsync-mirror was changed a few days
ago and I didn't notice it broke my mirror, I've been out-of-date a
few days now and got some nasty complaints from people. I just don't
have the time any more to maintain it, sorry.
