We have a bunch of timestamps in /distfiles:
-rw-r--r-- 1 32 Jan 25 16:00 /distfiles/timestamp.chk
-rw-r--r-- 1 42 Jan 25 15:00 /distfiles/timestamp.dev
-rw-r--r-- 1 11 Jan 25 16:00 /distfiles/timestamp.mirmon
-rw-r--r-- 1 40 Jan 25 16:00 /distfiles/timestamp.x
Note that they're being updated.

Yes, for several months already. I thought it was not cared about
because it started shortly after the guy (sorry, forgot the name) in
charge of mirrors said that changes would be done and no new mirrors
would be accepted until February (I think).
