I was in the process of adding an Australian IP to our rsync rotation,
when it seems I found a stray machine in our rotation with no owner
associated with it.

It seems the netblock is owned by "Chariot Limited" of Eastwood, SA,
Australia.
Would the admin please contact me so that I can add you to our ACL and
save some contact information for you.
