GMANE provides an alternative service for most mailing lists. c.f. bug 424647
rsync2.us is down and we don't have hardware immeaditly available for
it. May as well take it out of rotation or point the name to someone
else. Pointing it to a mirror in the south east USA would be at least
geographically close to it's present location.
