I don't think this is an immediate concern, but as we already have it
on the proposed bylaws, I would just adapt it to mention other States
and Countries:
- -Section 2.2. Other States. In the event the foundation desires to
qualify to do business in one or more states other than New Mexico,
the foundation shall designate the location of the registered office
in each such state and designate the registered agent for service of
process at such address in the manner provided by the law of the state
in which the foundation elects to be qualified.
+Section 2.2. Other States and Countries. In the event the foundation
desires to qualify to do business in one or more states other than New
Mexico or in another country, the foundation shall designate the
location of the registered office in each such state or country and
designate the registered agent for service of process at such address
in the manner provided by the law of the state or country in which the
foundation elects to be qualified.
