I don't think this is an immediate concern, but as we already have it on the proposed bylaws, I would just adapt it to mention other States and Countries: - -Section 2.2. Other States. In the event the foundation desires to qualify to do business in one or more states other than New Mexico, the foundation shall designate the location of the registered office in each such state and designate the registered agent for service of process at such address in the manner provided by the law of the state in which the foundation elects to be qualified. +Section 2.2.
