21 Right, but that doesn't impact their current membership status, although
22 it give them (and the rest of the members) grounds for at least an
23 apology from the trustees for not acting in accordance with the bylaws.

25 The next step would then be determining if the impact of the action by
26 trustees is sufficient grounds to have resulted in other election
27 results, which could be considered election tampering. Given the grounds
28 in this case is actually lack of voting in previous election that likely
29 helps the trustee's case that it had lesser impact on the election,
30 although they have deprived the members of other aspects of being a
31 foundation member.
