Right, but that doesn't impact their current membership status, although |

The next step would then be determining if the impact of the action by |

trustees is sufficient grounds to have resulted in other election |

results, which could be considered election tampering. Given the grounds |

in this case is actually lack of voting in previous election that likely |

helps the trustee's case that it had lesser impact on the election, |

although they have deprived the members of other aspects of being a |

foundation member. |
