A valid point. Even at work when dealing with highly-paid professionals |

there is a general attitude of "come to me with solutions - not |

problems." That doesn't mean that you have to ignore problems that you |

can't personally solve, but it is a general mindset that is likely to |

get you a lot farther in life in general. When dealing with volunteers |

it is even more critical. |

Nobody around here OWES anybody anything. For the most part everybody |

is happy to pitch in where they can and do favors for each other. |

That's a great thing - it makes working on gentoo a lot nicer than most |

paid jobs. However, it also means that a thank you goes a long way... |
