Alright, I've been doing a bit of research on incorporating in various |

states. Here is a summary of one option. I'll try and get DC up for |

consideration later, however finding the information through them |
| 7 |
seems to be slightly tougher (forms are easier to find though) |

Nevada, has the following: The articles of incorporation and a |
| 10 |
resident agent is required in the state. The fee for a member of the |
| 11 |
foundation to become a resident agent appears to be about 500 dollars, |
| 12 |
and only lasts for a year. This is not optimal so I'm looking into |
| 13 |
resident agent companies that are reliable that we can use instead. |

What the likely person/company to serve as that agent is unknown now |
| 15 |

On the issue of the Articles of incorporation, the following |

information needs to be set forth within them. 1) the name of the |
| 20 |
corporation 2) the corporations resident agent, address, and mailing |
| 21 |
address if its different from the address. 3) If there are shares how |

they are done. 4) the names and addresses of the trusteee's. 5) names |
| 23 |
and addresses of the people involved with the incorporating of the |
| 24 |

The following fees appear to be the cost of the application. Articles |

of Incorporation: 50. There are additional fee's that I'm not sure |
