Bah, I give up..  How many times have I told you, Daniel, that your family 
should come FIRST (INCLUDING financially)..  I've even said that in PERSON. 
My questions were not to imply that you should go broke or hungry, yet you 
come off like I am trying to attack you here..

I'll be taking myself out of this list as to not cause you and your family any 
more pain..

As a final word of advice, you may want to consider an odd number of people on 
the board.  Having an even number can cause deadlock on voting issues where 
just a majority is required.
