We might want to add a few more trustees so that we end up with an odd |

number. Right now I think we really have one that is active. |

Appointing Daniel as the only other could actually lead to more conflict |

if he wants to do something major with the foundation and is in |

disagreement with the only other trustee. This could especially be a |

problem since he wants to be an activist (as opposed to many other past |

trustees who were working in more of a maintenance mode and were not |

likely to make waves). |

If there were a few other trustees then Daniel could still take a |

leadership role and I think most would support many of his ideas. |
