Not that I'm bored, but I'd like to get off to a good start :)

What should be on the todo list for this session of the 06-07 Trustees?

Items I'm aware from asking around:

* Bylaws, bylaws, inlaws
* (re-)Incorporation somewhere
* Store - CD/DVDs came up, as did (at least in part) on whether there
was interest in another venue
* Soft serve in the lounge. (I promised weeve I'd work towards it)
* Hardware purchases upcoming/forseen?

Also, isn't there a fiscal report we're supposed to be drafting? I'd
swear I saw that somewhere, can't remember where now. Is our fiscal year
a calendar year, corporate quarters, government fiscal year (in which
case this is FY07 and ends in September), something else...? To retain
NFP, are we required to have expended a certain amount yet of any income
back into the project? I realize some of these are lame questions on my
part, just getting something going. Don't worry, I know I need to
resurrect a giraffe on -core again, I haven't forgotten ;)
