4 Another couple of things to consider, which someone who wants to
5 remain anonymous mentioned to me.

7 We don't have many developers around the DC, whereas we have a ton
8 around Oregon, California, Colorado and so on. So if there had to be a
9 quick trip to where the foundations home is, it'd be far easier in
10 Nevada then it would be in DC, which is across the country for most of
11 the developers. Its also about a hour flight from all of the above
12 except colorado.

14 Finally we have a couple of developers in nevada, at least both have
15 what could be considered fairly permanent residence as well to act as
16 the "resident agent". So its just some things that were brought up
17 that are worth taking into account. I'll still look at dc though
