Another couple of things to consider, which someone who wants to |

remain anonymous mentioned to me. |

We don't have many developers around the DC, whereas we have a ton |

around Oregon, California, Colorado and so on. So if there had to be a |
| 9 |
quick trip to where the foundations home is, it'd be far easier in |
| 10 |
Nevada then it would be in DC, which is across the country for most of |
| 11 |
the developers. Its also about a hour flight from all of the above |
| 12 |
except colorado. |

Finally we have a couple of developers in nevada, at least both have |
| 15 |
what could be considered fairly permanent residence as well to act as |
| 16 |
the "resident agent". So its just some things that were brought up |
| 17 |
that are worth taking into account. I'll still look at dc though |
