22 Send it from your account so that it knows what address to remove from the list. When you send that, wait a couple minutes and check for new emails. You will get a email that confirms you want to unsubscribe. Just hit reply then send. Don't change anything especially the subject line. You should get a confirmation that you have been removed soon after that.

24 Please note. You have to do it this way. No one here can remove you from the list. It's really easy to do. Send a blank email to the address above, wait for the confirmation, then send it back confirming you want to be removed. After that, you get the message you have been removed. That's all. No more messages.
