The remaining trustees just held a brief meeting and discovered that (1) |

and (2) produce the same outcome--r103 replacing seemant. That's what |

we're going with, then. Congratulations to r103! Meanwhile, we promise |

to get a revised set of bylaws put together (and approved!) so that we |
| 15 |
don't wind up in this predicament again. |
