11 The remaining trustees just held a brief meeting and discovered that (1)
12 and (2) produce the same outcome--r103 replacing seemant. That's what
13 we're going with, then. Congratulations to r103! Meanwhile, we promise
14 to get a revised set of bylaws put together (and approved!) so that we
15 don't wind up in this predicament again.
