And even more: reverse could be imposed here.

Knowing that work of trustee is not fun, requires lots of efforts, has
strict time schedule and work is hardly visible outside until something
became broken, people who are going to do this work should nominate
themselves. It's not easy to nominate - ask somebody to do this work.
