I believe that the Articles of Incorporation were written by drobbins |

lawyer. From reading up about these things (as a non USAsian, I've |

needed to do that) I understand its normal practice to write the |
| 27 |
purpose as widely and vaguely as possible so that as times change and |
| 28 |
the focus of the NPO shifts, as it may, the articles do not need to be |
| 29 |
changed. |
