24 I believe that the Articles of Incorporation were written by drobbins
25 lawyer. From reading up about these things (as a non USAsian, I've
26 needed to do that) I understand its normal practice to write the
27 purpose as widely and vaguely as possible so that as times change and
28 the focus of the NPO shifts, as it may, the articles do not need to be
29 changed.
