Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Gentoo Foundation Trustees will meet on Sunday 4th of May in 
irc.freenode.org #gentoo-trustees at 1900 UTC to discuss and possibly 
adopt the Foundation bylaws.

In advance of the meeting, the bylaws will be discussed on the gentoo-
nfp mailing list, a section per mail thread. This should keep the focus 
where its needed.

Please contribute to the discussion prior to the meeting. If we don't 
get all the minor items addressed before the meeting we will not have 
time to resolve any major points.
