I'm not too interested in becoming a Trustee, unless my functions as a |

trustee were managing the store and being the guy to carry the stick to |

beat trademark infringement... and that's only because I've already been |
| 10 |
doing it... and even then I would need to think about it because my |
| 11 |
interests lie elsewhere. Of course, I think part of the problem is that |
| 12 |
people (including myself) don't really understand what is involved in |
| 13 |
being a trustee. |
