My Lords, Ladies and Gentlemen,
The next meeting of the Trustees of the Gentoo Foundation Inc will be
held on Monday (not the usual Sunday) 18th August at the normal time of
19:00 UTC.

The exciting part is really the vote on the bylaws http://xrl.us/om7ze
For this to work comments and amendment proposals need to be in well
before the meeing or the vote won't happen.
