5 Never mind, I found them [1]. Section 5.7 says that the remaining
6 Trustees can vote in a replacement for Seemant. It doesn't require us
7 to re-open voting with the membership.

9 Grant - as you're now the senior Trustee, can we rely on you to
10 organise a Trustees meeting to discuss this, and hopefully vote in a
11 successor for Seemant?
