I'm very flattered by the nomination - I have been on the staff long 
enough to qualify to serve as a trustee, having just failed to qualify 
for the 2006 council election.

As I'm not a US citizen, I would like to know more about my 
responsibilities and personal liabilities were I to be elected, before I

decide if I can accept.
