funny, you speak about this like it's a magic bullet. all of these great and |

wonderful things require more people than just one. also, the same people |
| 14 |
you seem to have no confidence in wouldnt be going away. in fact, they'd |
| 15 |
probably stay right in the same place doing the same thing. for a developer |
| 16 |
experience, effectively nothing would have changed. |
