16 Anyway, about the events kit idea. What do people think that we would
17 need? What do we shoot for? What size of a show is large enough? How
18 do we determine how much schwag/handouts do we need?

20 Personally, I think the metric for how "important" a show is should be
21 the number of attendees. It's something that's outside the control of
22 Gentoo, but a good metric of the amount of positive exposure that Gentoo
23 gets for a given expenditure.
