As was discussed on IRC, we should really have a foundation private repo |

to hold all the foundation docs, including the docs Marius referenced. |

That way private documents can be kept private and the next trustees |

have immediate access to all the foundation documents. |

A very important document that needs to be stored is the list of |

foundation members. As part of the proposed bylaws[1], that document |

should include the "name, address, telephone number, and electronic mail |

address of each member"[2]. To facilitate the work of the election |

officials and to prevent any abuse, we should also store a gpg key of |
42 |
each member. There's also the issue of the age of a member as underage |
43 |
devs cannot serve as a trustee. |
