As was discussed on IRC, we should really have a foundation private repo
to hold all the foundation docs, including the docs Marius referenced.
That way private documents can be kept private and the next trustees
have immediate access to all the foundation documents.
A very important document that needs to be stored is the list of
foundation members. As part of the proposed bylaws[1], that document
should include the "name, address, telephone number, and electronic mail
address of each member"[2]. To facilitate the work of the election
officials and to prevent any abuse, we should also store a gpg key of
each member. There's also the issue of the age of a member as underage
devs cannot serve as a trustee.
