Hi guys,
I signed the paperwork for the not-for-profit today, and it was notarized.
It will now be sent to New Mexico Public Regulatory Commission in Santa Fe
and become an officially registered not-for-profit corporation.
I will post the relevant paperwork in a couple of days.
