9 A valid point. Even at work when dealing with highly-paid professionals
10 there is a general attitude of "come to me with solutions - not
11 problems." That doesn't mean that you have to ignore problems that you
12 can't personally solve, but it is a general mindset that is likely to
13 get you a lot farther in life in general. When dealing with volunteers
14 it is even more critical.

16 Nobody around here OWES anybody anything. For the most part everybody
17 is happy to pitch in where they can and do favors for each other.
18 That's a great thing - it makes working on gentoo a lot nicer than most
19 paid jobs. However, it also means that a thank you goes a long way...
