I believe that you would be more than confident and qualified to continue to |

be a trustee. If anything it took more competence to correct the problems |

with the foundation and I can't be the only one that believes so. Yeah you |

made a mistake, was it your fault partially but it was partially the fault of |

the other trustees. Grant you could have been one of the trustees to give up |

and walk away but you stuck it out and began to pick up the pieces and fix |

the problem. And I would be glad to see you stay. |
