Those were not my words, and it certainly wasn't intended that way.
With 'whining' I was referring to the fact that you were using 'huge
personal debt' as an excuse for 'unconditional' commercial usage of
trademarks etc.
With unconditional I meant that there were no guarantees that your FP
entity contributes back to gentoo, and you had already excluded means
of the NFP enforcing contributing back to gentoo (royalties).
If you would make extremely huge profits, we couldn't ask for a part if
you reinvested all the money in your FP entity again.
