I'll agree with that statement.  I deliberately shot low for pr just
because I didn't know what we were actually spending.

I'm not opposed, but presumbably we should check w/ the existing PR team
to see if they have an opinion.  Anybody know who's in charge of PR
these days, if anybody?

Yeah, I was really proposing a budget for replacement parts, not
replacement machines.  I figured those would go through the usual
funds-request process.

I assume that there's been some falloff since we started collecting
funds.  Does the monthly/quarterly income seem to have stabilized?
