The structure of the URL's doesn't look like it will scale well though. |

As more and more stuff gets dumped straight into foundation/en/, things |

get increasingly messy, especially looking around in CVS. It might be |
| 13 |
nice to create a directory for these reports, and then create |
| 14 |
subdirectories per-year. |
