Hi guys,

I've assigned Gentoo Technologies, Inc. copyrights and trademarks to
Gentoo Foundation, Inc. by signing two single-page assignment
documents. The documents are effective as of today, the day they were
signed. This means that as of May 19, 2005, the Gentoo Foundation,
Inc. holds the trademarks and copyrights.

I will be sending the originals to Grant so that he can file these
documents with the appropriate federal agencies so that they can be
recorded. He should receive them tomorrow (Friday.)

So, the copyright and trademark assignment is done. Next step is to
get the domain transferred over. I'll try to get that done tomorrow.
