Subject: g-cpan updates

g-cpan (in svn) now correctly prints the DEPEND versions (instead of the 
highest available in portage, regardless of KEYWORD). This doesn't mean 
everything written will be appropriate for your particular KEYWORDs, but it's 
a start in the right direction. Enjoy,
