GMANE provides an alternative service for most mailing lists. c.f. bug 424647
I've set up a wiki[1] to better collect feedback, suggestions, ideas,
problems, etc., with the g-cpan and perl-cleaner (trying to avoid using
bugs.g.o as a catch all for absolutely everything). Feel free to post, I'm
leaving it as open access unless things get crazy and I need to limit it to
membership or something weird like that.
