Everyone that's looked into bumping it (myself included) has run away
screaming in fright and horror. It adds a dependency for another package
(alien something....see? the pain was that bad (and its too early in the
morning) that i can't remember), and as i recall that secondary package
was very unfriendly...ok, so I need to look at it again, but that's what
I vaguely remember :)
