It's all built up from scratch with current portage as of 2 days ago, with the
older ones there was a _lot_ of older pkgs in it, and some missing stuffs.
No changes file to speak of aside from all the newer pkgs (and finally stage2
+ stage3 which until now didn't exist in ppc land).
