Hey, I just emerged cups without any CFLAGS and it works now. So I guess it
was indeed a bad binary due to the optimization flags.
I suggest we should modify the ebuild so at least on PPC, CFLAGS for cups
compile are set to a plain -pipe -02
Must be that, I compared the config files again using diff and there's no
difference at all between them (besides a small difference in a comment,
which shouldn't have any effects).
