17 Firewire works fine for me (external FW harddrive). Your problems might be
18 related to the iPod, as there's still no true support for it on Linux.
19 However you might try your luck by installing the latest rsync of benh's
20 powermac kernel, as he always includes the latest and greatest in FW
21 drivers...
