Hey again, It still does not work, so i took a look at it myself and fixed it: Here's what's wrong: /usr/portage/kde-base/kdelibs/kdelibs-3.0-r2.ebuild All tab characters in that file have been replaced by multiple <A0> characters which portage does not like. To fix it, it's sufficient to delete all the <A0> chars (jpico displays them as white fill, less as <A0>, other editors don't display it at all). I guess the problem is due to a bad editor used by someone to "fix" the file up. No idea why some people have the problem and others not... Greets, Olivier
