A few weeks ago, I wanted to install Gentoo on my G4 iMac, using the |

universal-2005.1 disk. I tried several kernels, but got nowhere in spite |

of all the kind advice I got. |

Now that kernel-2.6.14 has become available, I decided to have another |

go, but I am stopped by a compile error: |
