Hey all,
Just a quick note to let you all know Gentoo/PPC will support the G5 and
there will be SMP optimized livecds and optimized stages available for G5
in the future.
I cannot specify a release date yet (depends how fast I can get my
hands on such a machine), but we (just like YDL) are hoping for a release
at the same time or right after the G5 is available to the public.
In related news, new bugfixed livecds (rc8 allstages, nostages,
developer, kde and gnome) will be available for download this week.
