[gentooppc-user] pmud problems on powerbook g4

Hello,
I just installed 1.4rc1 on my powerbook g4 (800MHz), and I'm having a
lot of trouble getting it to properly wake up from sleep.  I have pmud
installed, and it seems to start up ok, and when I close the lid, it
seems to go to sleep just fine (the lcd screen turns off, and the
sleep light starts pulsing).  However, when I open the lid again, the
screen is completely black, and the machine seems to be frozen and I
have to reboot it.  I don't see any errors showing up in
/var/log/daemon.log either.  Any ideas on how I can fix this?
