Right, there's more to it than that though. They have to be 5v dimms
to work ;) But there is fast-page/non fast-page, edo/non-edo ,
buffered/unbuffered to take into account.
It all depends on whatever ram already existed in that machine, I would
reccomend to try using only that new ram in the machine for a day or
two and see what happens. If you get no lockups you can probably bet
that it's a ram mismatch. Also the 7300's support interleaving for
ram, so make sure that the pairs of chips are in proper slots, i.e.
A1/A2, B1/B2 .. they are labelled on the motherboard beside the ram
slots.
