| 3 | i've just installed gentoo linux 1.2 stage3. |
| 4 | everything worked fine till i want to install grub |
| 5 | on hda1. |

| 12 | grub shows the messages : |
| 13 | /boot/grub/stage1 no |
| 14 | /grub/stage1 no |
| 15 | |
| 16 | file not found |
| 17 | |
| 18 | |
| 19 | the file stage1 is in directory /boot/grub/stage1 |
| 20 | |
| 21 | what went wrong? |
