gmp is a dependancy of php (the first one in fact). I just built gmp ok on my |

machine, it sounds like something may be missing in your setup possibly. |

Make sure you have an /etc/make.conf file and that CHOST is set properly in |

there, it sounds like this may be the problem. It should be " |
