I dont know if you resolved this & I am speaking up late (just looked at |
2 |
your mail) but from your dmesg, it looks to me like your wireless is fine & |
3 |
the problem is on the WAP side. Is there a mac filter on the WAP? It looks |
4 |
like you are sending or attempting to send an auth request & are getting no |
5 |
response. The first thing that comes to my mind is that there is a mac |
6 |
filter on the WAP & it is ignoring your request. second thought is that |
7 |
your wireless encryption is sending a malformed request. |
8 |
|
9 |
given the dmesg log, it looks like your chip is recognized & you are |
10 |
scanning. You even found a WAP to communicate with. |
11 |
|
12 |
regards |
