I temporarily set the xfree-4.2.99.4 ebuild to -ppc. We had to mask it's |

fontconfig dependency as it seriously breaks font display especially in KDE |
| 8 |
and Mozilla unless you go and recompile all that depends on fontconfig |
| 9 |
(afaik). |

We are still pondering on how to fix that, we might possibly set it back to |

~ppc (same for the dependencies), however everyone trying it then should be |
| 13 |
aware of the problems that may occur. Remember that ebuilds set to ~ppc are |

in no way guaranteed to work and should be considered experimental... |
